Can you help if I'm locked out right now?+
Yes. Use the Emergency button and choose "Locked out". It goes straight to locksmiths covering your area who are available right now.
Should I rekey or replace my locks after moving in?+
Rekeying is usually cheaper and means old keys no longer work. If the locks are worn or low-security, replacing them is better. We'll advise from photos.
Are your locksmiths licensed?+
Yes. Locksmiths in NSW must hold a security licence, and we check it before they join our network.
How much does a quote cost?+
Nothing. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Can you really quote from photos?+
For most repairs and smaller jobs, yes. Clear photos with a short note under each one are usually enough. Bigger or more complex jobs get a free site visit.
